Yes, but with qualifications. As mentioned, a bit disappointed with the condition of the course, albeit date was close to season start. The layout was good, the trees were in fantastic colour and the views on the back 9 were lovely. I didn’t consider that there were any particularly memorable holes.

On Course Food & Beverage: Half way hut had been open when we set off (1130), but was closed at 1330 when we came round (bank holiday - course was busy). The water fountain outside the half was hut did not work.

Clubhouse: Lovely clubhouse. Locker room fantastic - it had recently been refurbished. Nice modern clubhouse with a great patio.

Kingswood was designed in the 1920's by the five times open champion, James Braid, and comprises 6,900 yards of golfing experience This recent investment in excess of £500,000 has elevated Kingswood ever closer to its goal of being one of the very best golf courses in the south east. Howard Swan has managed to create some fantastic "signature" holes and most notably the par 3's and 5's have become the most talked about by anyone visiting Kingswood.
