About The Course
Bath Golf Club, established in 1880, has one of England's finest and oldest inland courses. The 18 hole, 6505 yard, par 71 course may not be the length that today's course designers favour, but in the 1880s they knew how to create a challenge using the natural contours of a hilltop location. The course is full of variety and is laid out over fine "golfing country". Springy downland turf over shallow soil and limestone ensures rapid draining and the course is usually found to be in superb condition.
About Bath Golf Club
Bath Golf Club is one of England's oldest and finest inland courses and considered the premier golf club in Bath and North East Somerset and is one of the driest and 'Weatherproof' courses in the west country. Established in 1880 it quickly earned and has kept its reputation as a welcoming club with a thought-provoking course and stunning views.
